From music promos and shorts to full feature film set ups, we’re a flexible and adaptable venue that’s ready for it’s close up.

The Blue Shed has a large floor space of 1550 square feet providing the capacity and infrastructure for the full range of productions. We have an expert team with years of experience in production – including recording live performances by world-class artists from Madonna to Roisin Murphy and sporting events from Premier League Football to the World Snooker Championships.

We can support and / or source production teams and the venue is ready and adaptable for production. The Blue Shed is also fully accessible for trucks and production vehicles. Our studio floor is accessed by road via electronic roller shutter doors (4 metre clearance) offering direct access from road to stage.

There are comprehensive green room and crew room spaces, kitchens and toilets plus a variety of catering options sourced from reliable local suppliers; including Halal, vegetarian and vegan products. There is even a licensed bar to facilitate your production’s wrap party and premiere screening!

At The Blue Shed we have the capacity and infrastructure to offer production companies great deals on short term as well long term leases so they can have the space to develop new ideas, create pilots and even set up a long term production base. A one-stop shop for producers, we can offer everything from camera and lighting hire to post production facilities. You can walk in through the gate with an idea and walk out with a finished production!
